During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the great complementary coffee and hot chocolate that were offered daily. the location was perfect, very close to the main street where we could easily find great restaurants and shops. And finally, we loved the cozy feeling of the place, it truly felt like we were at home.
The soundproofing of the rooms was terrible, and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms. It was especially disturbing during the night when some guests were drinking and talking loudly.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay at a guesthouse in Iceland. We loved the stunning view from the balcony and the easy accessibility to the city center. The room was sparkling clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was great having free parking, and the wifi was excellent too.
There were some downsides to the guesthouse stay. The room was minimally furnished and lacked a proper table and chairs.
